Ordering and Payment
You can order our fantastic fair trade products here online.  We accept most major credit and debit cards via our secure payment gateway provider: Sage Pay, including:
• Visa
• Visa Debit
• MasterCard
• Solo
• and Maestro

Delivery
• Standard delivery within the UK is free on all retail orders over £10. Orders under £10 will be charged £2.50 (inc VAT).  Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours.  Standard Delivery is through Royal Mail and usually takes 1-2 days (UK only).

• Express/Next Day Delivery within the UK is via UPS at a cost of £8.50 inc VAT (applies to retail orders only placed before 12.00pm Monday to Friday only).  Please note a signature will be required on delivery.

• Delivery outside the UK is £5.00 for retail orders.  Items are sent via Airmail and usually take 3-7 days.

Returns
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
• If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase; simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund, stating the reason for the return. Please note we will not refund any postage paid only that of the cost of the product/s returned where appropriate.
• All we ask is that you cover the return postage, return it in its original and unspoilt condition including the original packaging, with all labels intact. (You should retain your proof of postage until you have received the refund).
• For health and safety reasons, this does not apply to earrings.

Availability
We endeavour to carry all items in stock for immediate delivery.  However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock and if your choice is out of stock we will advise you of expected delivery and allow you to proceed with your order, remove the item from your order, or substitute the item before processing.

Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT (UK and Ireland only). The prices quoted are correct at time of product launch.
