‘how to order’
Orders can be placed online on our wholesale website (please request a wholesale log in)
or alternatively by phone, email or post.
There is no minimum order value.
All wholesale prices shown include VAT of 17.5% (customers in UK and Ireland only).
VAT will also need to be charged to customers in the EU who are not VAT registered in their own country.
‘payment'
We accept most major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo and Maestro.
You can pay online via our wholesale website or phone us with your card details.
You may also pay directly via a BACS transfer, please contact us for account details.
Alternatively you can send a cheque with your order made payable to “Manumit Fair Trade Ltd”
Credit accounts are available after a suitable period of trading.
‘delivery’
We aim to dispatch all orders same or next day.
Delivery in the UK is by UPS courier and is guaranteed next day (remote areas may vary).
For UK orders under £200 (excluding VAT) carriage is charged at £8.50 (inc VAT).
Please note £8.50 will be charged seperately if not selected at the time of check out.
Orders of £200 (excluding VAT) and over, are carriage paid. (UK only).
For orders outside of the UK, carriage will be charged at cost. We will confirm this on receipt of your order.
Please note customs charges may be payable locally on orders sent outside of the UK.
‘damaged goods & returns’
In the event of Manumit supplying your order incorrectly, please contact us immediately.
Damaged or missing goods must be reported in 7 days.
We do not accept returned goods that are undamaged.
We do not operate a sale or return policy.
‘availability’
We endeavour to have the items you want available for delivery as soon as you order them.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you.
You will have the option to either remove the item from your order, or substitute another item.
