Their objective was to create a decent and more reliable way of earning a living for the slum people, and mainly for the youths whom, due to hopelessness, turned to delinquency and alcoholism. Our traditional, ethnic fair trade fashion jewellery is skilfully produced by physically challenged artisans in Mombasa, Kenya, who would otherwise be homeless and destitute. Instead they have overcome their physical limitations and poverty and are now fully integrated members of their community.
